iTutor Learning Services is fully equipped to provide online educational support at our clients’ convenience. Ensuring friendly and speedy online correspondence between patrons and the iTutor team is just one of the many services we guarantee our customers. Our customer support is backed by a 24 hour 7 days a week response team dedicated to getting you the answers when you need them most. 

 

General Correspondence

 

  • When students come across a difficult question while doing homework or studying for a test or exam, they can email the question to the iTutor team and have us solve it with the full solution and emailed back to them in a timely manner.
  • Most correspondence questions come back within 30 mins during the hours of 8am-10pm Monday-Friday. All correspondence questions are guaranteed by a 12 hour turn around policy (may vary on holidays).

 

Essay Editing Guidelines 

 

  • The iTutor team is pleased to offer their rigorous essay editing service. After students have written a rough draft of their essay or paper, they can email it to our team of editors who will offer in-depth feedback and editing guidelines. All major grammar, spelling and wording issues will be noted as well as detailed feedback messages on strength of argument and general essay flow. The results will then be emailed back to the student.
  • Most essay editing correspondence inquiries sent between the hours of 8am-8pm Monday-Friday are returned within 72 hours, depending on length of essay. If a 24 hour turn-around is required, there is an additional charge.
